If you adore pregnant bellies, this is an extremely good choice. It's also a very rare one so not that there's even much choice with these. Instant buy for me just because of that fact. Size of it isn't extremely big per se, but it is noticeable and heavier than hips I've had before.

Belly up, on you: You can pretty much wrap both your palms around the belly and feel the belly button etc. Very nice.

Belly down, on you: The big belly will rub and push against you with its weight.

Sideways: Yes, that works fine as well.
