Can I cancel my order?
Yes, contact customer service for this. However, keep in mind that our warehouse works quickly, and that your order will often be packed, labelled and placed into a shipping container within 30 minutes of you placing your order. If we don’t catch it before then, it will be shipped out. At that point there are usually two options:
- Refuse the order (either by telling the delivery person you refuse it, or by not picking it up from the parcel point). It will be shipped back to us automatically, but it may take several weeks to get back to us, since it's a low-priority shipment.
- Accept the order and send it back to us yourself. This is faster, but you will have to pay for shipping. The address for this is:
Be sure to include your receipt/order number so we know what the return is about.
We will process the refund once we have received the shipment and had time to inspect it, to make sure nothing has been opened or damaged.
