COVID-19 and shipping

Last updated: 14-10-2021

During this corona crisis / COVID-19 crisis we are striving to continue our operation and keep you informed about how this situation might affect shipping compared to what you are used to. We will keep this page updated with all the information you need to know.

Delivery
At this moment home delivery of orders continues in all countries. Due to people shopping online more, employees staying home ill, border-control and traffic-jams related to border-control, shipment might be delayed in some countries. In general, this delay is limited to a couple of days at most.

You will automatically be sent a tracking code as always, so you can keep track of where your order is at all times. It may take up to a day for your tracking code to be sent and start working.

Pick-up points
In addition to home delivery we also offer pick-up points to collect your order at a local shop, but some pick-up points may be closed.
If you live in any other country we kindly ask you to first check with the pick-up point whether they are open before ordering.

Hygiene
To stop spread of the virus all shipping companies have taken precautions. These include supplying the employees who handle packages with disinfectants and/or gloves. Furthermore, the delivery person will often no longer ask you to sign for delivery but sign on your behalf.
